After answering the nudge from Spirit and allowing it to guide her in 2020, Crystal started making her journey towards joy, peace, ease, pleasure and liberation. She began the process of building a new home for herself and her children, creating a new community and new habits. This process included learning to set hard boundaries, to be vulnerable, to regularly assess her values and, her very favourite topic to discuss, to open herself up to the possibilities of pleasure.
Now a certified hypnotist, empowerment coach, breathwork facilitator and master reiki practitioner, Crystal utilizes the tools she has learned in daily practice and has opened up to a life of infinite potentiality. To be able to facilitate to others so that they can create their own version of their Highest Life is exactly why she was put on this planet in this timeline. Jen Couto has been in the fitness industry for over 8 years and has recently come back from Rishikesh, India with 500 hours in YTT. Her aim is to move women through the barriers that have led us to believe we are limited.
Her belief is that through developing a spiritual practice and being mindful of personal wellbeing through movement nutrition, we can have the joyful life of vitality and energy we all desire.

The Goddess Garden is an tropical oasis nestled between the Costa Rican rainforest and the Caribbean Sea.
Spread across 14 acres, you will be immersed in a unique experience where you can witness nature revealing its beauty to you.
The Goddess Garden offers a spa and exotic gardens, and an open-air restaurant serving a delicious week long Ayurvedic menu with organic vegetables and fruits locally grown. From the Sanskrit language, the word “AYURVEDA” is a compound of ayuh “long life” and veda “knowledge”. Ayurveda roughly translates as “Science of long life”.
The resort is just a five-minute walk from a serene and private beach, making it an ideal location to unwind and disconnect.
